I felt something fly over my head. It cut the side of my head like a razor. I heard a high-pitched scream flying around the hall and then they attacked. Everybody was running out of the hall and the reception area. They tried to hide or to escape to the front door but it was locked. The creatures still attacked. I saw the tall creature jump on Tam and tear his flesh with its claws and suck his blood. I tried to escape myself but he had me cornered. The tall creature was looking at me with his evil eyes and he was showing his razor-sharp teeth. It was ready to jump at me. I picked up something from the reception area and the creature attacked me. It jumped at me but I stabbed him at the side of the heart to kill it but the creature was still alive.
        I ran up the staircase. Some survivors ran with me. We were still fighting for our lives. Ten of us were left. We all managed to get to one of the bed rooms and some of us started to barricade the door and three watched the window. We heard banging at the door of the room and a loud cry shouting, "Let us in, let us in!" and laughing outside the room. At the window one of the guys shouted, "Help me!". Two of the creatures grabbed him out the window and another creature came into the room to kill. I picked up something and smashed it against it's head until it was dead.
        About nine of us were left. We all had to get out of here but how? It was all quiet in the hallway. We all started to move the barricade. I looked out to see if anybody was there. So we all started to walk out of the room and managed to get to the stairway and I told them to run down fast to the front door and to attack anything that got in the way. One of the girls said, "Look one of the creatures is flying down toward us". The creature grabbed one of the girls by the hair. She was screaming for help and shouting, "Help me!". I looked up and saw some of the creatures flying over our heads and we all had weapons to protect and fight for our lives.
        I heard someone thumping on the outside of the front door and shouting. The sun was rising. I looked at one of the archway windows and saw sunlight coming into the hallway of the reception area. One of creatures flew at us. It tried to grab one of us but it got too close to the light and started to burn. We all heard it screaming out loud and the other creatures saw the light through the windows and the things all started to burn and scream around the building.
        The front door started to open. We all managed to run outside into the sunlight. Itwas so bright. It shone all round the hallway area. The man outside saw us running out and he shouted over to us to get in to the bus. I was the last one out but I was grabbed from behind. It was the tall one. It looked like bright light had no affect on him. I thought it was my turn to die but it was not to be. I had a sharp object in my hand so I stabbed the creature in its heart and the blood started to rush out of it. The creature let me go and I fell to the floor so hard I hurt my legs. I tried to get up and get outside to the sunlight. The creature tried to get me but the light was so powerful near the door. The driver came up to me and pulled me outside.
       I looked around and the tall creature turned into a skeleton and then to dust. The wind blew the dust away. I got on to the bus with the driver and he told us about the hotel. The hotel was burnt down before. The creatures were called vampires. I hope the nightmare ends.
